Please call us at (270) 842-9478 during regular business hours with any and all maintenance requests or questions. We strive for a 24-hour response time on any maintenance issue, whether big or small. Also, if you have an emergency maintenance issue after hours, we provide an around-the-clock answering service that will take your call anytime, day or night, so you can rest assured we are always here to assist you.
For your convenience, we offer extended hours of 9 am - 8 pm on the first business day of the month to allow you extra time to bring your rent to our office. We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks as forms of payment. Rent may also be mailed in or delivered to our office prior to the 1st.
