Select Property Management was established in 1991 to serve the needs of renters and property owners throughout Bowling Green, Ky. While a lot has changed since we opened for business, our commitment to the needs of our customers has never wavered. We are passionate about the work we do, and we are dedicated to making the rental process as stress-free and productive as possible for everyone we serve – both renters and owners alike.

Today we manage a variety of property types throughout the area, including single-family homes, duplexes, condos, apartments, townhouses, four flexes, commercial rentals, and even neighborhood associations. For each property, we develop a customized management plan designed to protect and enhance the value of the investment.
